OFFICE RENTAL APPLICATION

Terms and Conditions
Monthly Rentals are automatically renewed as per the term as noted on the contract and are non-refundable. GST is charged on all applicable services. Deposits are not GST applicable.​
Office rentals can either start on the 1st of the month, or on the date the damage deposit and first month's rent are received. Contract can be canceled at any time with 30 days notice from the date of sign up as per your contract. Failure to give 30 days notice will result in a charge of one month’s rental.

​Client affirms that all business – personal or professional will be conducted in a lawful manner. In the event of any violation of this agreement the client agrees to assume full responsibility for any such violation and to indemnify, save harmless and hold blameless Prairie West Mailbox and any of its officials and or employees thereof. Prairie West Mailbox can immediately cancel all subscriptions and terminate office rentals if unlawful activity is done on the premises.

​Client agrees to keep their space clean at all times. Common areas are to be kept clean and tidy at all times. Use of dishes, coffee machines, microwave, fridge, etc. is available but clients must clean up after themselves, clean all dishes and wipe down areas used.
Rentals are considered in arrears when any amount is owing and is considered delinquent after 15 days of non-payment. Contract can be cancelled immediately by Prairie West Mailbox, access to office denied and all deposits forfeited. Penalties for late payment: $50.00 after 15 days; an additional $50.00 after 30 days.
Prairie West Mailbox reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violation to the terms and conditions of said agreement.

Clients/Subscribers/Renters of Prairie West Mailbox agrees to indemnify and hold Prairie West Mailbox harmless from any liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss or theft of personal property sustained by Clients/Subscribers/Renters or parties invited onto the property by Clients/Subscribers/Renters. Prairie West Mailbox assumes no responsibility or liability for any damages or injuries incurred while on the premises.
