Thank you for choosing us!
Subscriptions are automatically renewed every month or term as noted on the contract and are non-refundable. GST is charged on all applicable services. Deposits are not GST applicable.
You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice from the date of sign up as per your contract. Failure to give 30 days notice will result in a charge of one month’s subscription.
All mail and/or packages for mail holding and or forwarding may be returned to the sender when the client account is not current. Prairie West Mailbox and Business Services may cancel any subscription after 30 days in arrears.
Client affirms that all business – personal or professional will be conducted in a lawful manner.
In the event of any violation of this agreement the client agrees to assume full responsibility for any such violation and to indemnify, save harmless and hold blameless Prairie West Business Services and any of its officials and or employees thereof. Prairie West Mailbox and Business Services can immediately cancel all subscriptions if unlawful activity is done on the premises.
Mail box rental is considered in arrears when any amount is owing and is considered delinquent after 30 days of non payment.
Penalties for late payment: $5.00 after 15 days; an additional $10.00 after 30 days; and an additional $15.00 after 45 days.
Mail will be “on hold” after 30 days non-payment and mail box is considered delinquent after 30 days and may be closed. You must contact us if circumstances arise and payment is not possible in time to prevent loss of privileges.
Once a mailbox rental is delinquent the account and late fee must be paid up to date and the mailbox will then be reopened for a one-year term only.
When a mailbox is in arrears, any Key Deposit will be forfeited and applied to the arrears of the account. Key Deposit will then be no longer refundable.
Mailbox clients’ information is confidential and will not be disclosed except when legally compelled or required.
Prairie West Mailbox and Business Services reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time for violation to the terms and conditions of said agreement.
Prairie West Mailbox and Business Services reserves the right to close a mailbox and cancel service at any time and for any reason deemed necessary.
TRAINING / WORKSHOP CANCELLATION POLICY
All courses must be paid in full in order to register.
Spots cannot be held without payment.
Workshop/Program Cancellation Policy:
14 days notice prior to course/program start date cancellations will receive a full refund.
7 to 14 notice days prior to program start date cancellations will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations received 7 days will be not refunded but rescheduled to the next available date.
Any course can be rescheduled to the next available course date with 48 hours notice. If no course/program is scheduled at that time, they will receive priority for registration when next course/program is scheduled.
1-on-1 training sessions are 100% non-refundable and are only rescheduled at management's discretion.
